Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy effective May 1st 2023
At JoeyClean, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service, and we believe that requiring a 20% booking deposit on all auto detailing services, protective coating services, and 50% booking deposit on PPF is an important step towards achieving this goal. By requiring a booking deposit, we are able to ensure that our customers are serious about their appointments and that we can allocate our resources accordingly. This helps us to better manage our scheduling and ensure that we can provide our customers with the best possible experience. Your booking deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. Additionally, requiring a deposit allows us to cover the costs associated with reserving the necessary equipment and supplies for each appointment, ensuring that we can provide the highest quality service without sacrificing quality or efficiency. The booking deposit is non-refundable and is meant to secure the customer's spot on JoeyClean’s schedule. A payable invoice will be either emailed or texted to you. In the event you need to reschedule, if we are notified more than a 24 hours' notice, the booking deposit is transferable. We give customers 2 opportunities to reschedule their appointment with no additional booking deposit. Please see our No Show Policy and Cancellation Policy. You can use a credit card, check, cash or bank transfer. Bank transfer can take up to 5 business days to receive. If you are paying cash or check, it must be received before the job is scheduled. Please see our Payment Policy.
JoeyClean’s Cancellation Policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Please see our refund policy. If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and will reschedule at a mutually convenient time. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments for customers who fail to comply with our cancellation policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your booking deposit will be forfeited.
We understand that some customers may be hesitant to pay a booking deposit upfront, but we want to assure you that this is a common practice in the auto detailing industry and is a standard way of ensuring that both parties are committed to the service. Our booking deposit and cancellation policy is designed to protect both our business and our customers, and we believe that it is a fair and reasonable way to do business. We can not hold appointments. Nothing is final until we receive the booking deposit. No-Show Policy
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and accept our no-show policy. In the event that you fail to show up for your appointment or on a mobile job without prior notice, your booking deposit is forfeited. If a detailer has waited more than 15 mins at the scheduled location and the vehicle is not there, it will be a no-show. If you are to reschedule, you are to pay the booking deposit again. We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a timely and efficient schedule.
Privacy Policy
By requesting more information from us, you are giving us permission to enter your contact information into our system. Your contact information will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with information about our auto detailing services. We will not share your information with any third-party vendors or advertisers. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email.
We may use your information to contact you about appointment reminders, service updates, or special offers. Your information will be stored securely in our system, and we will take all reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. You can request to have your information removed from our system at any time by contacting us directly. We may use your information to improve our auto detailing services and customer experience. Please see clause Text/Email Reminders. Your information will be treated with respect and confidentiality, in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not use your information for any purposes other than those outlined in this statement without your express consent. By submitting your contact information, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our privacy policy. We may track and monitor your interactions with our website or social media pages for analytical purposes. We may use cookies or other tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and personalize your interactions with our website. If you have any questions or concerns about our use of your information, please contact us directly.
Payment Policy
Payment for all services are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and Buy Now, Pay Later. If full payment is not received at the time of service, a late fee will be charged in the amount of $20 per week. Please see Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy. Returned checks will be issued a $40 bank fee. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who have outstanding balances. If payment is not received within 30 days of the service, we may pursue legal action to recover the debt and/or but not limited a Mechanic’s Lien or a Possessory Lien. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to our payment policy. We value our customers and appreciate timely payment to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges. For commercial account, JoeyClean a net 30 payment policy. In accordance with our dedication to ethical business practices and compliance with industry regulations, we do not provide cash discounts for our services, nor do we engage in price negotiations for customers who choose to pay with cash.
Buy Now, Pay Later with a Affirm and AfterPay
As another option to meet our customers' needs, we are offering Affirm and Afterpay on protective coatings packages, PPF, and Vinyl Wraps. To cover the cost of Buy Now, Pay Later option, a 3% fee will be added to the total amount of your invoice. You need to apply prior to scheduling the service. Service Policy
Prior to service, we take inspection photos to document the current condition of the vehicle. Inspection photos help us identify any pre-existing damage or areas that may require additional attention during the service, ensure that any damage or issues that occur during the service can be distinguished from pre-existing damage as well as provide a baseline for comparison after the service is complete, allowing us to showcase the transformation of the vehicle. Inspection photos provide a record of the vehicle's condition for insurance purposes or in the event of any legal disputes, help us identify any special requests or areas of concern from our customers before the service begins. They will securely stored in our system and can be accessed by our customers upon request. Taking inspection photos is just one of the many ways we ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and care for their vehicles. During the service, we keep a careful eye out for any issues or areas that may require attention. Additional charges may apply. If we notice something that needs to be fixed during the cleaning/installing process, we will always contact you first to discuss the issue and get your approval before moving forward if additional costs are required. At JoeyClean, our goal is to provide you with a hassle-free and stress-free experience, and that means being proactive and transparent about any issues we notice during the cleaning/installing process. If additional services are requested during the job process, those services will be added to the total cost and must be paid in full upon completion. provided solely for cosmetic purposes and do not include any mechanical or structural repairs. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for excessive dirt or debris, pet hair, or other difficult to clean conditions. We are not responsible for any damage caused by extreme weather conditions, such as rain, hail, or snow. We do not guarantee that all stains or odors will be completely removed from your vehicle. We are not responsible for any personal items left in your vehicle during the detailing or installing process. Please see Personal Items and Trash. Our services may vary depending on the size, make, and model of your vehicle. We may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or equipment failure. We reserve the right to modify or update our disclaimer at any time without notice. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
Key/after hours drop off
Please note that JoeyClean is not responsible for any vehicles left on the premises after hours. We kindly request customers not to drop off their vehicles outside of our regular business hours. However, we understand our hours may not work for everyone. Any vehicle left unattended will be at the owner's own risk, and JoeyClean will not be liable for any damages, theft, or incidents that may occur during this time. We do have security cameras outside of the building. For the security and safety of your vehicle, we urge customers to utilize our services within our operating hours. If dropping off after JoeyClean business hours, you can conveniently utilize our secure key drop-off service, located on the east side of the building. This allows you to leave your keys safely with us, and we'll take care of your auto detailing needs when we resume operations. When using our after hours key drop-off service, please ensure your vehicle is parked in a designated spot and all personal belongings are removed. Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.
Picking up vehicle
We kindly ask that you pick up your vehicle at the agreed upon time of completion. If you are unable to pick up your vehicle at the scheduled time of completion, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. Failure to pick up your vehicle at the scheduled time, with no arrangements made, you will be subject to a Storage Fee of $20 per day. At JoeyClean, the shop space is dedicated to providing you service, not for storing vehicles. Our team works hard to complete your vehicle in a timely manner and we appreciate your cooperation in picking it up promptly. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to the pickup schedule. Please make sure you have made arrangements for transportation before dropping off your vehicle for service. We recommend scheduling your pickup time when you drop off your vehicle to avoid any confusion or inconvenience in addition to receiving a text/email reminder that your service has been completed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our pickup vehicle policy, please do not hesitate to ask.
Text/Email Reminders
Text/email reminders are a convenient way to stay informed, up-to-date on your scheduled appointments and possible future appointments. Our text/email reminders are sent in advance to help ensure that you don't miss your appointment. We use text reminders as part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring your satisfaction. Text/email reminders can also include important information such as the location of our business and any special instructions for your appointment. Our text/email reminders are sent from a secure and confidential platform to protect your privacy. You can choose to opt-out of our text/email
reminders at any time, according to your preferences. However, if you choose to opt out of our text/email reminders, you will no longer receive important updates about your appointments. Opting out of text/email reminders may result in missed appointments or scheduling conflicts, etc. Please note that opting out of text reminders does not change our cancellation policy, no-show policy nor JoeyClean's terms and conditions. If you change your mind and would like to receive text/email reminders again, please let us know and we will be happy to add you back to our system. Text/email reminders can help reduce the number of no-show appointments, which can be a significant inconvenience for both the customer and our business. We value your time and appreciate your business, and our text/email reminders are just one of the many ways we strive to provide exceptional service.
Child Seats
Due to child safety and liability reasons, we will not reinstall/replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that our customers remove car seats and booster seats prior to appointment. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle we ask that it be disconnected so we can physically remove it to clean the interior. If it is left connected and you do not want us to remove it, we will do our best to clean around the car seat but can’t promise your total satisfaction. Child seats are not included in the interior detail. The assigned detailer may choose to vacuum them at their discretion. If you wish for us to clean the seats there will be additional costs associated.
Mobile Detailing
at JoeyClean, we offer mobile detailing service, typically between April-November. where we go to the customer’s location to clean and detail their vehicle, rather than the customer taking their vehicle to our shop location. This service offers convenience to you, as you don't have to leave your home or office to get your vehicle cleaned. Since the detailer is traveling to customer's location, there are additional costs associated with this service, such as the cost of transportation, fuel, time and special equipment. To cover these costs, JoeyClean charges a $50 mobile fee in addition to the cost of the detailing service itself. Please see service area map where we offer mobile detailing. Overall, the convenience of mobile detailing justifies the mobile fee, as it allows the customer to save time and effort by having their vehicle detailed at their preferred location, rather than having to drive to our shop location. Please have your vehicle ready either in the driveway or in a garage where we can wash it if detailing at your home, with ample amount of room so our detailer can perform the job. Our detailers will not be accepting cash on mobile jobs, unless you are offering a gratuity. By eliminating the need for physical cash exchanges, we can reduce the risk of theft and loss. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Accepting of checks will be at our discretion. In the event you are not present when the mobile job has been completed, you can conveniently pay the remaining balance either with the payable invoice sent via email or text message, or stop by JoeyClean to pay with cash or check. Personal items and trash
As a service provider, we understand that our customers may have personal items inside their vehicles during the auto detailing service. While we make every effort to ensure that the vehicle is handled with care, we cannot be held responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process. We strongly
advise customers to remove any valuable or personal items from the vehicle before the service appointment. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal items left inside the vehicle. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
At JoeyClean, we strive to provide our customers with a clean and comfortable environment inside their vehicles. As such, we request that customers remove any trash or debris from their vehicles prior to the detailing appointment. This includes items such as food wrappers, bottles, cans, and any other items that may be considered trash. Our team will not be responsible for removing any trash or debris from the vehicle, and failure to remove these items may result in additional charges or delays to the service. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping your vehicle clean and ready for detailing. We reserve the right to charge for anything that is EXCESSIVE.
eGift Cards
Please note that eGift cards purchased from JoeyClean are non-refundable once purchased. Once an eGift card is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. This policy is in place to protect the value of the eGift card and ensure that our customers receive the full value of their purchase. Once purchased, an email will be sent you. You can share the eGift card with whomever you like. If you have any questions about our eGift card policy, please feel free to contact us for further information. We appreciate your business and hope that you enjoy using your eGift card to purchase our products or services.

At JoeyClean, we take great pride in providing high-quality services to our customers. However, if you experience any issues with our detailing services, please don't hesitate to let us know. We want you to be completely satisfied with the work we do on your vehicle, and we will do everything in our power to make it right. We offer a satisfaction guarantee, and we stand behind our work. If you notice any issues with your vehicle after your detailing service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to schedule a time to re-examine your vehicle and address any issues that need to be resolved. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience and ensure that you are happy with the final results of our detailing services. We value your feedback and want to hear from you if you have any concerns or issues with our work. Refund Policy
We understand that there may be circumstances where our customers are dissatisfied with our service. Subjects to a refund will be at our discretion. We believe that this policy strikes a fair balance between protecting our business interests and respecting our customers' time and money. In the event of a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process. All sales are final with JoeyClean products. We value your business and strive to provide the best customer experience possible, and we will do everything we can to make it right if you are not completely satisfied with our service or products.
